Redmond Mayor Angela Birney is expanding EV-ready parking for multifamily properties and delivering more than 160 residential heat pump upgrades across the City. In partnership with Energy Smart Eastside, a nonprofit connecting residents with the information incentives, and resources to go electric, Redmond is helping residents make the switch to energy efficient heat pumps that help lower utility bills, reduce emissions, and keep homes comfortable year-round, especially in the summer when people are experiencing extreme heat.
