Charlene Tayag is the Executive Administrative Assistant for Climate Mayors, where she supports organizational leadership, team operations, hiring, events, and day-to-day coordination. With a background in nonprofit organizations, local government, fundraising, and event management, she brings an organized and solutions-focused approach to supporting the team and strengthening organizational processes.

Before joining Climate Mayors, Charlene served as a Resource Development Manager at United Way California Capital Region, where she supported fundraising and resource development efforts. She previously held administrative and public records roles with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality and worked in event coordination and inside sales. Charlene is based in Sacramento, California.
